I’ve been posting pretty much nothing but electro recently. Switching to something a bit more rock:
The Secret Machines - Lightning Blue Eyes
The Secret Machines are interesting — occasionally they have moments of brilliance (like this). It’s full-on rockist guitar stuff, but quite fun!

Medicine8 - Born On Mars
Reminiscent of I-F’s classic “Space Invaders are Smoking Grass”; it’s got that robotic space/sawtooth/vocoder thing going on, then the handclaps and cowbell come in.
Buy it here.

Here’s a live set MP3 from Lindstrom at Club Caviar (Gothenburg, Sweden), Aug 2006:
Lindstrom live at Caviar, 2006
Space disco galore. A fair few new tunes in there, too.

Pharrell ft. Les Visiteurs - Pharrell’s Acid Drop
French hip-hop/techno colliders Les Visiteurs infinitely improve Pharrell
with droning 303s, from late 2005.
Munk & James Murphy - Kick out the chairs
DFA’s James Murphy lends his awesome clogged-up voice to a rather silly and
sweary Munk dance tune — “we are all custom made and lifelike” indeed.
So The Arcade Fire are playing the Olympia here in Dublin in March, and the
outrageously expensive tickets just sold out in under 15 fucking seconds.
wtf bollocks.
Also, apparently !!! will be playing The Village in March — on
St. Patrick’s Night, to be exact! Who schedules these things? I’d be
tempted, apart from that…
!!! - Feel Good Hit of the Fall

Not only have Hot Chip put out a fantastic album and played some great gigs, they’ve also been doing some great remixes, taking unusual original tunes and remaking them as totally different sounds, with a slightly acoustic bent.
This Ladytron one starts from a great song anyway, but totally transforms it:
Ladytron - Destroy Everything You Touch (Hot Chip Remix)
While this one radically improves on the original:
Scissor Sisters - Take Your Mama Out (Hot Chip Remix)
